Overall the hotel service and environment are great
I'm not happy when found out There is additional charges for tax required during my payment. Even though the hotel manager solve my problem, I think the term and additional charges shall clearly addressed during internet booking.

Likes , Great stay, convenient location, and cozy room. the hotel is conveniently located and near to public transportation. the cozy room is a perfect place to relax after a long day. I also appreciate the vending machine that offers light snacks and instant noodles at any time.
Dislikes , Poor housekeeping and unfriendly staff. the housekeeping needs some improvement as the room is not well, maintained.

The room was clean and we liked the tideness and the room service was very fast. We loved the small balcony provided and our 1 day stay there was excellent.
This hotel is situated in a place where there isn't much shopping areas around. No hair saloon or beauty parlour available. Called the house keeping for a safety pin but was told off bluntly by a guy that no pins available. Safety pins are very cheap. Would be good to have some available. Thank you.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Johor Bahru. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a balcony and a great view. The bed was cozy and I had a restful night's sleep. The breakfast selection was excellent and the WiFi was reliable. The staff at the reception were attentive and always had a smile on their faces.

1. The Japanese Restaurant waiter' service was impecable. 2. I like how you decorated for the family day there. The designs with balloons were most creative. 10 points for that. 3. I liked the idea of serving food below the stairs UNTIL the wind blew and I realise all the dust from the staircase was going into the food I ate.... yuk! Urrgh... I wish that didn't happen. (maybe not such a good idea to serve food there after all).
1. Well, I felt the entrance to our room was too narrow and not good as it was difficult was two big/large person to enter. 2. Room was a little to small or narrow. 3. There was no hairdresser there. If I was going to a function especially year end countdown and I cannot get my hair done... so, that's not good for me. Same, no nail (manicure and pedicure) care centre.

1. Swimming pool - covered 2. Room/unit - many power and lighting points. 3. The hotel is considered new. Note: We stayed at Junior Suite.
1. Unit design - toilet should be positioned to receive outside atmosphere (natural ventilation) because no exhaust fan provided. 2. Toilet floor and wall never touched by brush and detergent/disinfectant - notice the grime here and there especially on the wall in way of shower. Drain already clogged. Water is not well drained when shower in use. House keeping and maintenance dept. to take care.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities. The staff was also one of the best aspects, as they were very friendly. the location of this hotel was perfect for me, as it was close to the key industrial area. Opposite the hotel, there were many restaurants to eat at, and the breakfast provided was also quite good.
Nothing all excellent.

The best experience in this resort is the japanese GoZen restaurant. Tried steam boat type kimchi nabe...the best dish ever tasted!!! Highly recommend to try this restaurant out. The cafe western food is also recommended... give five stars for the foods!!!
The toilet bowl clogged...I complained to the front desk during my check out...but they just ignore and didnt even bother to apologise.

Large and comfortable room with amazing balcony view! The friendly staff and affordable price made our stay very enjoyable. Bonus points for the delicious breakfast buffet and convenient in-house restaurant.
The hotel's location is quite inconvenient without a car. the WiFi signal was weak and unreliable during our stay.
